Deed of assignment with customary land owners, Lagos state government approved survey plan, layout plans of the property/ Excision and governor’s consent.
Can I pay a deposit and pay balance anytime within the duration of tenure chosen?
After the payment of the initial deposit , you are expected to pay the balance monthly. Nonpayment monthly as at when due will be treated as fundamental breach of contract, which can result to 5% monthly late charges and possibly relocation of said plots(s).
Is the road to the estate motorable ?

Can I start construction of the building on the land now?
Yes, You can start building on the land after physical allocation and payment of the stipulated survey fee and development levy

Is there any time limit to commence work on my land after allocation?
Yes, there is a time limit, after 24 months it will attract service charge(s) in clearing.
Can I resell my plot/property?
Yes, you can, ATOBE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED should be notified during such process.
What are the sizes of your plot?
350sqm, 400sqm, 500sqm, 600sqm.
Is there an installment payment plan for full plot?
Yes, we have installment plans for every plot.
If I pay outright payment for my plot(s) and cannot complete payment on stipulated fees, can I get a refund?
You can bring someone over to buy, client with such situation can get their clients to buy the property and it will attract administrative charges.
If I pay outright payment for my plot(s) and I’m no longer interested, can I get a refund?
Yes, You can get a refund, however there is a strict 40% administrative and agency fee.
If I was on installment payment plan and cannot continue with the payment, can I get a refund?
This kind of payment is made after 90 days of notice and there is strict administrative and agency fee
